Product Description:
Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen (PCNA) is located in the cell nucleus with a molecular weight of approximately 30 kDa. It is one of the commonly used markers for detecting cell proliferation status. In Western Blot (WB) assays, PCNA is often used as an internal reference for nuclear proteins. Our PCNA antibody is of excellent quality and suitable for WB and IHC experiments.
Notes:
1.Please use anti-mouse secondary antibody, e.g., Goat anti-Mouse IgG(H+L)-HRP (SLS-KY3001).
2.Determine the optimal antibody dilution according to experimental conditions.
3.This product is for scientific research use only and not for clinical diagnosis.
