As a core component of nucleosomes, Histone H3.1 plays important roles in gene transcription, DNA repair, DNA replication, and nucleosome stability. Histone H3.1 is stably expressed and is commonly used as a nuclear internal reference in Western Blot (WB) assays.

1.Please use anti-mouse secondary antibody, e.g., Goat anti-Mouse IgG(H+L)-HRP (SLS-KY3001).
2.Determine the optimal antibody dilution according to experimental conditions.
