Product Description:
His refers to a fusion tag composed of six histidines, which is widely used for the expression detection and purification of fusion proteins. Advantages of the His-tag include: small molecular weight, which generally does not affect the function of the target protein; strong adsorption of histidine to solid-phase nickel, allowing His-tagged proteins to be purified using Ni columns even under denaturing conditions. Our His antibody is a highly purified monoclonal antibody that can specifically recognize His sequences at both the N-terminus and C-terminus of fusion proteins.
Notes:
1.Please use an anti-rabbit secondary antibody, such as Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)-HRP (SLS-KY3002).
2.Please determine the optimal antibody dilution according to your experiment.
