Product Description:
GFP (Green Fluorescent Protein) is a luminescent protein originally identified in jellyfish, composed of 238 amino acids with a molecular weight of 26 kDa. After being transfected into host cells, the GFP gene is highly stable and has no effect on the physiology of most hosts, making it a widely used reporter gene. Our GFP antibody is a highly purified monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes the GFP sequence in fusion proteins.
Notes:
1.Use an anti-mouse secondary antibody, e.g., Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L)-HRP (SLS-KY3001).
2.Determine the optimal antibody dilution for your specific experiment.
3.For research use only; not for clinical diagnosis.
