Product Description:
The Flag-tag protein consists of a hydrophilic polypeptide encoded by 8 amino acids and is widely used for the detection and purification of fusion protein expression. The advantages of the Flag-tag include a small molecular weight that generally does not affect the function of the target protein, and the ability to obtain active target proteins via affinity purification with Flag antibodies. Our Flag antibody is a highly purified polyclonal antibody that can specifically recognize the Flag sequence at the N-terminal, C-terminal and intermediate positions of fusion proteins with high specificity.
Notes:
1.Please select an anti-rabbit secondary antibody, such as Goat anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)-HRP (SLS-KY3002).
2.Determine the optimal antibody dilution according to experimental conditions.
