Product Description:
The Flag-tag protein consists of a hydrophilic polypeptide encoded by 8 amino acids and is widely used for the detection and purification of fusion protein expression. The advantages of the Flag-tag include: small molecular weight, which generally does not affect the function of the target protein; the active target protein can be obtained by affinity purification with Flag antibody. The Flag antibody of our company is a highly purified monoclonal antibody that can specifically recognize the Flag sequence at the N-terminal, C-terminal and intermediate positions of the fusion protein with high specificity.
Notes:
1.Please use an anti-mouse secondary antibody, e.g., Goat anti-Mouse IgG(H+L)-HRP (SLS-KY3001).
2.Determine the optimal antibody dilution according to experimental conditions.
3.This product is for scientific research use only and not for clinical diagnosis.
